I am looking for a private room with bathroom, private basement, or a small house, condo to rent. Also open to teaming up to find a rental. Prefer to stay under $1000 but will consider a little more for the right place. I have a small Australian Shepherd Mix who is house trained and very friendly. My current lease ends April 31 so May 1 move in ideal but I am flexible and just want to find the right place. I love the outdoors, hiking, sunshine and spending time with friends and family.
