Quiet, would prefer a house with space for a workshop, tidy, won’t be home majority of the day and evenings so you won’t have to see me too often. I’m a musician (guitar, bass, piano, vocals) but I play instruments with headphones plugged in. I don’t care if you smoke, I would just want you to do it outside.
