Description

I’m currently a handyman, was laid off during Covid and the co. I worked for since folded. Previously I worked in the industry owning / operating my own Post Production facility for 15 years, until the economy crashed and tape stock was eliminated due to Sony not being able to produce HDCam(SR) from their plant in Japan. (So basically overnight 75% of all Post Production houses went out of business.) I did heavy-line construction in Aspen for a year after closing my doors on my business. And a year later I was offered a job back here working for ADD.(Post house - LA.) Until they went under during Covid. that brings us to current. I’m clean, quiet and like things mellow. I’m usually up and out of the house by9am - 10am no matter the day. I’m currently in Lake Hollywood renting a portion of a house but it was sold so now I have to move. Looking for a room / guesthouse / portion of a house w/ private entrance and bath. looking to spend $1K per month including utilities and Wifi.
