I am a third year doctoral student. I am interning this summer in New York City. I am looking for a furnished shared apartment/studio which will be easier to commute for me. I am looking for an apartment that has restaurants, grocery store, train station near by. Following are the criteria:

1. I’d prefer my roommate to be either professional or a doctoral student.
2. I’d like to have a functional kitchen. Apartment should be clean and the room mate should be willing to distribute work.
