Vera

Hello, my name is Vera and I am nonbinary. I’m currently a full time student at SWC. I spend my time studying, playing video game, or going out to coffee shops, and during the summer I like to be outdoors. I enjoy keeping the common areas clean, and I am happy to have a rotating chore schedule between roommates. I do not smoke, drink, or have any pets. Ideally I am looking to be signed onto a lease for 12 months with access to equal parts of the common areas, such as the kitchen. My budget is roughly $900. I value open communication between house mates, and of course a safe living environment for everyone. I would like to meet any potential roommates in person before moving forward (I am willing to team up to find a place). Preferences: substances used moderately, smoke outside of the house, quiet/relaxed environment, well behaved pets, LGBTQ+ friendly household.
