Vera

Hello, my name is Vera and I identify as nonbinary. I’m currently employed full time as a sales associate in the San Diego Airport. I am also a full time student. I am looking to be signed onto a lease for 12 months with access to equal parts of the common areas, such as the kitchen. I do not, however, have any large furniture. My budget is roughly $900 dollars for rent and $100 dollars for utilities. During the semester I am seldom home during the day. I will most likely be out of the house for most hours, 4 to 5 days a week. When I am home I will be studying or playing the violin (an activity that can have a negotiated time). And during the summer I like to be outdoors. I tend to keep to myself mostly to study and I enjoy keeping the common areas clean. I am happy to have a rotating chore schedule between roommates. I do currently have a partner and would like to be able to have overnight guests once or twice a week. I do not smoke, drink, or have any pets. I highly value communication between house mates, and of course a safe living environment for everyone. I would like to meet any potential roommates in person before moving forward (I am willing to team up to find a place). Preferences: substances used moderately, smoke outside of the house, quiet/relaxed environment, well behaved pets, LGBTQ+ friendly household.
