Hey everyone, I’m looking for a new place in the Golden, Arvada, Conifer, Evergreen, Morrison area, but am open to other locations. Looking to move mid-May or end of May.

I’m 27, I work from home most of the days, but do occasionally go into the office. I have one cat (8 years old, super sweet, has been around both cats/dogs).

The house I currently live in is very community friendly (wine nights, movies nights, trivia nights, camping trips, etc) so ideally I would love to find someone who also enjoys doing occasional activities together.

I’m looking for a room or willing to team up with someone to find a place together. I don’t have a preference on male/female roommates as I’ve lived with both. Ideally, rent would be around $800-950. Thanks! 🙂
