I am a quiet person and pretty much keep to myself but still approachable. I do not live loud. Had no luck finding a home to buy in this still crazy real estate market so this type of arrangement will work for the time being. I prefer to reside with the owner only but will consider other housemates as long as there are rules established for a peaceful and quiet environment. I am also covid vaccinated.
