I’ve owned my own house for over 20 years but I’m currently going through a divorce. By this time next year I hope to be purchasing my next house. I’m looking to team up with 1 or 2 cool people and rent a nice house. I am also a professional musician. I have a studio across town and don’t rehearse in my own place. I’d like to hook up and meet any potential candidates looking to have a killer pad for the next year.
