I am a quiet, tidy individual with a nerdy side. I’m in the middle of a divorce so I’m looking for a place where I will be able to visit my kids easily from. They won’t, however, come to visit me: the ex-wife and I are “nesting,” so the kids stay in one place and we trade spots. When I come down, I stay for the weekend and she goes to her parents.

I am dating and I have my social life set up here in Sacramento so I would prefer to stay in the Sacramento area if at all possible. I work (remotely) full-time and attend school (also remotely) full-time.
