Looking for a space to rent or someone willing to start a new lease with me! I have a small dog (corgi mix) and a small cat. So pet friendly is a must. Both of them are well behaved/trained. My rent/mo might go up soon as I am looking at a promotion. I should know in about two weeks. (4/17) I am a tidy person and would expect the same from my roommate(s). I don’t really have any friends here in Texas so you don’t have to worry about any commotion. If you have friends over (reasonably) I don’t mind at all. Not too picky on location as long as it’s driving distance to LC. I work in a pharmacy m-f and I’m off almost every weekend.
