My name is Arron, and I’m trying to attend school nearby on a very limited budget. I’m hoping to find an all inclusive price, as I don’t use much in terms of utilities. I do not need to use your internet (I have my own and don’t want to pay for it twice, but who doesn’t love high speed? Let’s discuss it.), I am very good at cleaning up after myself, and I’m always trying to respect other people’s space and property. I have a daughter who I want to sleep over from time to time, but honestly neither of us will be having a good time cramped in a room, or even common areas as well. I’ll do what I can to keep that from getting too complicated.
