Hello. My name is Neil and I am looking for a room for a 12-month term of stay in the north Seattle/Mountlake Terrace/Kemore area, beginning at the start of July. My budget is $800/mo, my share of utilities included.

As for what you can expect of me, I clean pretty regularly, lead a quiet lifestyle and mostly keep to myself in the household. I have zero pets and do not drink or engage in substances of any kind. I will always respect your space.
