Hello. I am taking on a new job with a physical therapy clinic, and seek a private room for rent to accommodate work, hopefully in or near the Lake City district. I’m ideally looking for anything from a 6- to 12-month term beginning March 31st. My budget is $900/mo, utilities included.

As for what you can expect of me, I clean pretty regularly, lead a quiet lifestyle and mostly keep to myself in the household, though I’m definitely open to new friends to hang out with here and there. Among my interests: hiking, travel, museums, books, writing, film, football, and the gym. I have zero pets (but you having one is not a deal-breaker) and do not drink or engage in substances of any kind. I have had roommates across all my travels between New Jersey, Oregon, AZ, and here in WA, so I understand good conduct and always respect people’s space.

Venmo, Zelle, cash, or checks work for me. Proof of employment and/or landlord references can be provided upon request.
