Hey! I am currently looking for a new roommate to move into an apartment in KSQ as my current roommate will be leaving at the end of the lease in November or open to finding a place within budget in the area (female around my age only). I do have a dog, but he is super sweet and shy at first. Communication, boundaries, and respect are very important to me, so hoping to find someone who thinks those things are important as well. I’m pretty easy going and enjoy quiet time, but I do have a guest or two visit throughout the week while keeping the noise to a minimum once its later in the evening & remain mindful of shared spaces.
