My name is Colin, known as Coach K. I’m a 35-year-old educator, football coach, and full-time worker living in Simi Valley. My current housing ends in July, and I’m looking for a stable, long-term private room in a respectful household.

A little about me: • I work full-time at Glass House Farms and am building my own private QB/WR coaching business. • I have a background in Physical Education teaching and high school football coaching, and I’m a graduate of Ohio State University. • I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible. • I own a reliable 2016 Kia Soul. • I value faith, discipline, community, and being a good roommate and tenant. • References from previous landlords and employers are available upon request.

Here’s what I’m looking for: • A private bedroom (shared bathroom and kitchen are okay). • Preferred areas include Simi Valley, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, or Moorpark. • Flexible lease options, such as month-to-month agreements. • Budget between $900 and $1,200 per month, including utilities if possible. • I plan to move in around mid to late July 2026, but I’m open to flexibility.

I consider myself an easygoing, low-maintenance person who keeps to myself but is always happy to lend a helping hand around the house when needed. I take pride in being a dependable tenant and a considerate neighbor.
