Single mom seeking a safe, peaceful, and respectful home and 2 bedrooms for my daughter and I. She needs her own bedroom or willing to look into sharing a second bedroom for my daughter but ONLY with another female ages 7-12 for safety reasons. I am looking in the Katy/Houston area for myself and my daughter. I’m a retired paramedic, clean, responsible, dependable, fun, and easy to live with, with a good sense of humor. I’m comfortable around kids and babies, so a family-friendly home is welcome. Looking for a mother-in-law suite, casita, guest house, garage apartment, patio-style space, or a roommate situation with another woman or single mom. I value a calm, honest, and drama-free home….and my cat is 15 but not ready to be put down. He doesn’t bother anyone and will stay in his little cat bed window.
