Hello! My names Dylan and I’m looking for a room for rent. Ideally something month to month, but I’m open to 3 and even a 6 month agreement to make it happen! I’ve been looking for a 3 bedroom place with my buddy and his kid but we can’t find a place that we like for the price, and my room that I rented for the last 5 years or so is no longer available. So I need to find a room to rent for a few months while I continue my search for a more permanent place. A little info about myself, I’m 32, I’m a father of two kids(my kids won’t come over while I’m living there, I’ll be going to visit them), I’m a pretty fun loving, easy going, clean person. Don’t like partying, and only drink on special occasions. I’m a huge lover of Movies, music and animals! No pets myself though. I love hiking, playing video games, fishing, learning new things and making people smile. Non-smoker(I do vape, but am more than happy to do it outside only), 420 friendly but don’t use any drugs. I currently work as a sales rep, selling ad space to businesses, I just started here a few weeks back because I just recently recovered from a bad back injury and am getting back into the work force after 6 months of physical therapy and surgery. When I got injured, I was a Wholesale Administrator for a dealership for the last 2 years but had to leave due to my injuries. I have proof of my current and past employment, bank account I’ve had for 18 years, also a few references I can give(My last Landlord of 5+ years being one), proof of my injuries as well.
