I hereby take this opportunity to inquire about the availability for room for rent.

My name is Brian Akama, 30 yrs of age, Work full-time as a Sprinkler Fitter for Pribuss Engineering INC under Local 483 Union (basically all over the east bay- Commercial & Residential Construction Sites). I currently live in downtown San Leandro CA 94577 But my lease ends this Month. I wish to remain in the east bay as this is central to my work jurisdiction. My current share of the rent is about $750 Plus utilizes hence my interest in your offer. As for my work Schedule, I start at 6am and off at 2pm. Depending on the job site, Up and about by 4am and back at home anywhere from 2:30 and 4pm. I am Respectful & responsible adult. Looking Forward to hearing from you.
