looking for a seasonal rental in irondequoit where my old fireman buddies live.i may buy a place in town but not sure yet. i am friendly super clean and respectful of all and am not against helping around the house. i recently sold my plumbing contracting business in florida and am going to try being a snow bird. i also am not against paying for food to share and doing simple home repairs.i don’t expect to be home alot as most of my buds are retired as well and i was asked to help coach sea breeze’s fire dept. racing team. thanks for considering me in advance, GUY……p.s. give me a call and i can drop some names of some of my friends up there, some of which you will probably know for character witness (oh boy that might get me banned from all of rochester LMAO)
