Looking for a room for 2 months, preferably with option to extend. More than 12 years successful house-sharing experience (references available).

I’m vaccinated/boosted, a non-smoker, non-drinker, have no pets, good at keeping a space clean and well-kept, am respectful, mature, responsible, financially independent and pay rent on time. I meditate and strive to be straightforward, honest, and compassionate. I’m relatively quiet – don’t play loud music or TV.

I’ve been an entertainer/performer and music therapist with seniors, and in recent years have also worked as administrative assistant and Personal Care Assistant with elders.

Don’t currently have a car; am physically fit and get around by bicycle and public transportation.
