I am a peace-loving and respectful, community-oriented person. I’m finishing up a year lease now and will be looking for a move-in to the next wonderful home in June 2026.

I have been living in Ventura County since 1999. I’ve rented unfurnished houses, granny flats, guest houses and rooms from many people over 19 years. I lived the longest in Lake Sherwood (an unfurnished room rental) with a French family for 8 years. They sold the house in 2019. That dove-tailed nicely with a seasonal summer job I took as the Basecamp Cook for the Northwest Outward Bound School in Mazama, Washington. 

I work as a Chef here in SoCal. I am also a Medic, Marketing Consultant and Actress/Director/Writer in television, film and commercials. YES! I have regular income and I am very careful with my money. I rent because I like to keep my fixed costs low. 

I am a Rock Climber and a Cyclist and have a very active life. 

I have been renting a guest house in Thousand Oaks for the past year. The property owner will be moving into the guest house this summer. Now is the time to find a new, harmonious, unfurnished living situation for myself.
