My name is Richard and never thought I would be filling this out. It’s life I must venture on. I own/ operate a business and have had no issues paying bills. This is my best solution to having a roof over our heads. My friend, John has 1 child 8 years old that will visit. We are usually gone all week working. We teamed up in Royal oak, 4 of us. It was GREAT. Last time I felt at HOME. Renting a room for last 4 years, at 4 different houses. I’m done with that. It’s not MY HOUSE. CANT feel at home that way. Looking to do again with right person or persons. Just feel this would be better than a 2 bdrm apartment. We are easy to get along with, and have plenty of references. Let us know if this sounds like it would work for you. We are thinking about a house 3 bedroom, with basement &/or a garage. So $1500 range. I prefer to rent from OWNER, not a company.
