I’m looking for a clean, private room with a private bath, ideally starting June 1st for a 3-6 month stay while I explore more permanent housing in the area. Unfurnished or partially furnished is perfectly fine.

My essentials are light kitchen access, use of washer/dryer, and reliable high-speed internet for work. The 33801 and 33803 areas are ideal, especially near St. Joseph’s parish, the YMCA, the library, and Kelly Rec Center.

I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, pet-free, and I don’t have overnight guests. I value a quiet, peaceful home with mutual respect for privacy and shared spaces. I’m easy to communicate with, clean, considerate, and always take care of shared areas.
