I am 24years old, Very laid back person who works full-time. Gets up early in the morning for work 5 am to 1pm/6 am to 2 pm. I have class twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursday from 4:30 pm - 730 pm. I don’t care about when roommates come and go. I have No problems with people having friends over. Just want a person with a full time job and has their responsibilities first.
