Hi my name is James. I’m currently working at DHL, and do Doordash on my spare time. Looking to rent a room to really concentrate on saving some money to eventually move out of California and buy a house. For the most part if I’m not working I’m working. Would enjoy a place to come home and crash. I don’t mind roomies playing music having a good time, I’m just not trying to party much these days… just turned 40 ;) I don’t need to cook much in a kitchen, will clean up after myself, downsized most of my belongings, occasionally one beer maybe twice a month (I work at a pizza place as well and they offer it to me after work. It would be rude to refuse!), no smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests. Trying to chill somewhat. If you have any questions any at all shoot ’em my way. Thanks roomie!
