Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated with CDC proof. I’m a self employed, easy going professional, Most of my career I was involved in Real Estate Finance, wholesale and retail. I also am a Commercial Real Estate Project Manager. I’m the Proud father of 4 gifts from god. My oldest daughter just graduated from American University in D.C. and is continuing her education for her Masters. My twin 11yo boys and my 13yo ballerina daughter live in Lang Ranch, Thousand Oaks. I visit and have overnights with them at their house. I grew up in the Conejo Valley and graduated from Agoura High in ‘81. I’ve been living in North Hollywood the last five years working as a Project Manager for a national commercial real estate developer. We recently sold the 200 unit project after 5 years of renovations and improvements. I’m excited about being back home with my kids. It’s a rough drive the 30 miles each way between Thousand Oaks and NoHo. Its hot, smoggy and lots of traffic in the valley. Lol I look forward to hearing from you. Thx B.Wise (Brad)
