I just moved from New Jersey to start a new job in Napa. I’m a chef in a small Japanese fine dining restaurant that is also connected with a winery and estate in Napa.　My work days are pretty long and I like to go to the gym in the morning, so most days I’m hardly ever home except to sleep. I really enjoy learning all things Food&Beverage and like meeting new people in the industry! I’m looking forward to exploring the best restaurants in Napa and hopefully meeting some people to doing it with!
