Quiet professional with smallish dog (right under 30lbs) looking for place to call home. Respectful of common spaces. Work 8-4. Depending on where house is, the dog may not be there during the work day. I don’t smoke, have a nightly glass of wine with dinner and the occasional mixed drink on the weekends. Looking for an unfurnished room, if room is furnished, will need rent to be 500 or less to accommodate keeping a storage unit. Can afford up to 750 with all utilities included, would prefer to stay in the 600 range though. Thanks for reading!
