Hello! A little about me, I work in the mortgage industry full-time (in-office). I am working with a realtor to buy a 2 bed 2 full bath townhome or condo by April 2023 and am looking for a roommate that would be interested to live here. I would live on my own however with inflation I would prefer to split costs with a roommate since it’s obviously way cheaper! Most of my friends are in relationships or not able to live in the same area so this brings me here lol! I am an absolute neat freak so I am looking in for someone who is also very clean and organized! I am 100% a non-smoker and have no pets. I am a pretty outgoing person but I don’t live a super crazy lifestyle. I like to cook, workout, do a lot of outdoor activities in the summer! Lmk if interested!
