Looking for Quiet, Laid Back, Room2Rent move-in asap. Seminole County Area. Preferences, Thoughts &/or Concerns? A place with proper Parking place…so no possible future automobile issues? & A spot on the counter for my juicer, lol. I’m good with either Apartment Townhouse, Single Family/Other? Just depends on the negotiationable (reasonable) price & situation. I am older, single, responsible, helpful, friendly, no drama, generally quiet, works quite a bit, frugal(use very little water & electricity). I dont “cook” much and live clean. Common courtesy and common sense. Construction/handyman/blue collar, so great with my tools when we may need. Generally require: no stress, a spot to juice & make & not much else, Questions? Just ask.
