I just got a 2/2 apartment in East Apopka near the Seminole/Orange County line by Semoran Blvd. This allows for a potential roommate to have their own private bedroom and bath. I am animal friendly; however, in an apartment setting, only cats, birds and fish are welcome. Politically Independent, but traditionally conservative minded (old school) as well as straight; Love fishing, boating and archery; like cooking (hate doing dishes but a dishwasher makes this less of a burden); I like dinning out; Love the beach; lightly drink socially, and rarely at home; 420 tolerant but that’s it - nothing else tolerated, the apartment has a no smoking policy. Looking for a reliable roommate to help keep cost down. A fishing buddy would be good too - especially if you have a boat. Classic Rock, Acoustic Guitars, Jazz and Salsa music are good - Absolutely no rap music.
