Hello there! My name is Dasha, I’m a single mom with a 14 month old baby and a dog I will be sharing with my baby’s father (50/50) We have split and I need my own clean safe space to raise our son and move on with my life. I have been a sahm the entirety of my baby’s little life and I am starting from the ground up as I was depending on baby’s father financially. I could reasonably be able to do 850/month + utilities. I’m looking for a clean safe room with a private bath.

I love nature, thrifting, zoo & beach trips. I hope to find someone I can get along with. My first and last roommate was a hard lesson for me of why I need to be careful who I choose to live with. So I’m definitely going to need someone with similar situation to mine, is friendly, loves animals and babies, can be neat, tidy, and that I don’t have to chase around to pick up after themselves. I don’t smoke or drink (not against drinking -as long as it’s done responsibly) , but definitely against smoking, as there will be a baby present . I have my own Airbnb (Vacation rental) cleaning business and that is my sole income right now, I am working to get my real estate License here in the near future, and I’d like to use it to start working as a property manager.
