I have very quiet hobbies and have top-notch communication skills (hey I get paid to do it right?) So I am very open to hearing feedback about how I can be a better roommate and how we can create an atmosphere that we are both happy with. I prefer to have my own personal room and keep any of my personal items there, and keep common spaces very clean and tidy. I have one large cat who is very lovey, adapts to new places and people easily, has never had an accident, and who doesn’t scratch on furniture. (He does however love to tear on floor carpets so be warned). I love painting, reading, hiking, running, Subway, sushi, and trying new things!
