My wife and I are looking for a room/roommate near Lewisville or Far North Dallas (Carrollton, Addison, Plano, Coppell) between now and April 30th. I’m down to rent an house with someone and sign a lease, that would be ideal. I’m a pretty easygoing person who dislikes conflict. I like to play games on my switch and pc, anime, and have other hobbies. I usually stay in and keep to myself, although there are times where I’m always doing something on the weekends. I have a full time 8-5 job as a 3D Artist, one 8 month old cat, non-smoker, no kids and more of a nerd than anything. I like to keep my spaces clean and appreciate when others do the same. I cook on occasion when I crave something specific or meal prepping. Would prefer a house since I love to bbq when the weather is nice (and I have a large offset smoker I don’t want to get rid of) I am open to looking for a house to rent for anyone who is also interested in finding a roommate. Budget around $1000, the lower the better
