After living a nomadic life for much of the past 20 years, I’m just looking to settle down in the Brevard/Pisgah Forest area. I’ve been to and through every state except Alaska. I have a lot of adventure-based memories, such as Bikepacking my way from Madrid to Granada in the middle of winter, and I recently lost my sailboat to a storm in the Bahamas. I’m am mostly quiet most of the time but can hold a good and lengthy conversation about anything whatever if you’d like. I enjoy indoor and outdoor activities that include, but aren’t limited to, chess, reading, wordle, playing or listening to music, classic cinema, bicycling, hiking, swimming in cold mountain streams, yoga, etc. I’m pet friendly, but have none of my own at the moment. I haven’t done social media since I closed my myspace page back in 2008, lol. I am currently scheduled for nightshifts at the local pizza place, and I’m looking to pick up a day shift elsewhere; so I’d likely only be around the house for meals, showers, and sleeping-(Ideal roommate material right here).
