MY condo caught fire and completely gutted. At least 6 months if room works stay a year …sell condo when I complete. I smoke a cigar at Tinderbox daily… very respectful and responsible will never indulge on property. I get retirement from Social security and VA hospital. Easy to get along with and keep my area tidy. I had bi monthly maid and can have her come in. I am disabled veteran that walks with cane but no risk for falls… prefer to not have many stairs.
