I am a self-employed non-smoking, keep to myself mother of 2. My teenage kids live with their Dad/Family in Kerrville so they won’t be with me. I am recently married and have a home in Virginia with my husband. But my kids decided to stay here in Kerrville. I need a private room/bathroom if possible with internet to work. I will not be living in this room FT, just when I come to town a few weeks out of the month to spend quality time and care for my kids. What I am NOT looking for is a friendship, companionship, someone who will demand my time when I am around. While I don’t mind male roommates, I have dealt with unruly male roommates in the past and I am really tired of it. I am very busy and need privacy to work and rest. I am clean and leave no trace of me in the rest of the house. I pay on-time.
