I’m low key and responsible, I have owned a local business with employees for 31 years. I’m here in the desert mostly just during the week, as I have other accommodations where I spend most weekends. I’m recently completely divorced(drama free) and do my best to keep drama free. Lol. My biggest drawback for a possible roommate is that I have multiple vehicles and require a place to park an extra vehicle at least short term. I have a large shop to conduct my business, so I would not be doing any of that at the residence, I can take furnished or unfurnished. I’m a nice guy and also generally pretty handy, but also very busy.
