I’m a 23 year old Male looking to preferably team up with someone for an apartment so that we are both on lease. Willing to split utilities and willing to pay up to $1,000 in rent for my half. Full time worker and I am also a student. I have no preferences in gender for roommate, just someone who is willing to do at least a 1 year lease. Please contact me if you’re also someone else who is interested in teaming up to rent our own place. Ideally would like to do by April 1st, 2022 or possibly sooner if someone wants to move sooner.
