I am looking for a short term summer rental, just a furnished room in your house or apartment, two months, in the North Shore area, somewhere between early May–late August, timing flexible. My first grandchild and daughter and son-in-law live in N. Reading. Covid has made it difficult for me to visit my grandson, so…the purpose here is to find a suitable fit, short term, furnished, something under $1000 per month. Firm bed is a plus, I have lower back aches and pains. I am a retired professional living in SC, originally from upstate NY. I broadly fall under the category of “nice man, good tenant” in terms of people skills, being responsible, credit north of 800, and I wouldn’t be there much as I’d be visiting my daughter and her family. Their place is a small bungalow, too cramped to accommodate me for two months.
