Hey guys, I’m going to have the master bedroom and private bath available in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in downtown Tampa near the riverwalk and Amalie Center.

I have an established circle of friends in the apartment building and surrounding area and would be looking for someone who can meld with our friend group and join family dinners, play intramural sports and otherwise just be a quality human being.

I’m originally from New Jersey and have spent the last year enjoying all that tampa has to offer.

I work from home but otherwise try to be out of the unit as much as possible. I have my medical marijuana card so need to be comfortable with having it present

Cost of the apartment is roughly 1,500 each+ utilities
