Hi!

My name is Tim and I am looking for a new place to live. I am currently living in Greeley with my orange tabby, Shino, where I am the oboe professor at the University of Northern Colorado. In addition to playing/teaching the oboe at UNC, I am the principal oboist of the Fort Collins Symphony and am a member of a performing arts non-profit organization called the Akropolis Reed Quintet. We have been together since 2009 and tour all around the country. I tend to do most of my practicing in my studio at the university, but may practice at home every now and then as well (if this is a problem, I can limit my playing to just being at school). I have never had a noise complaint :).

I am a clean, considerate, and jovial person. My hobbies, other than music, involve coffee (pour over coffee and manual espresso machine), cooking, watching tv/movies, and working out. I consider myself to be a generally healthy eater as well. I don’t drink, and don’t mind if you do, just as long as its not obsessive (more than 3-4 per week). Because of my touring schedule with my ensemble and my principal role in the Fort Collins Symphony, there will generally be 2-3 times throughout the month when I come back very late at night due to late arrivals at the airport. I am very discreet, however, and unless you have a dog that barks at subtle noises at night, you will likely not notice me coming home.

With regards to the lease, I am happy to make other arrangements outside of the 12-month lease. I know some people like to do a 3-month trial period, and I am happy to talk about anything you would like. I am looking to move in slightly before or on June 1.
