Hi everyone!

My name is Dale, I’m a new graduate from CCSF with major in Computer Networking & Information Technology. Currently I’m working part-time while I’m looking for a new career to apply my education and recent certifications.

My part-time job is at an upscale dining restaurant in SF as a server and a banquet captain. I have great appreciation for the diverse variety of cuisines in the Bay Area, so I’m always down to talk about great restaurants and delicious food! Also, I’m pretty proud of my cooking and would be happy to share :)

My hobbies include occasional hiking, playing video games when not studying, visiting museums and restaurants, checking out art galleries and other fun events in the Bay Area, as well as keeping an eye out for new movies. Bonus points if you also like anime - reading manga has been a great way to complement my study routine, so I’m open to recommendations.

I’m excited to meet new people and hopefully make some new friends. Although I spend most of my time either working or studying, I’m open to social events with roommates. Always down to order food and have a movie night!

Currently I live in a quiet place in Oakland, however I’m looking to move back to SF and ideally find a place to share with my partner. He is a programmer with a great sense of humor and a fun personality, so we’re open to finding a place with awesome roommates, hopefully close to Dolores Park!

I also have a sweet and shy senior cat. She takes a little time to get used to a new place before letting her cuddly personality shine. Because she is an old and small kitty, I’m preferably looking for a place with no aggressive or overly playful dogs. So far she has been doing really well with other cats and chihuahuas.

As for the lease, I’m fairly flexible, though I’m mostly interested in either a 6-month or a 1 year stay, with subsequent month-to-month.
