I am quiet, very clean, introverted. No smoking or drugs. Divorced and single. I have one grown daughter who lives in Arizona now. Just me with no pets. No visitors. Pay on time every time. Clean background and a job. I work mainly from home on the computer. I just want a large unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom with bathtub. And I need to have good Internet. That is really all I need. Ideally I would like to move into a house with a single lady or even a widower who has a house already and an extra bedroom and bathroom and would like to have an extra $850 per month to let me live there. It is nice to have someone around to share expenses and be less lonely and go see a movie or go out to eat occasionally. I am not very fond of house pets though (a friendly cat or 2 is ok) and have none myself.
