Hi I’m Jay. I’m 35, a veteran with an honorable discharge and work in the mental health field full time. Since I do work full time in addition to side gigs, I will not be home most of the time. I am clean and have shared rent with others before so I am very respectful of privacy and property just as I would appreciate the same. Although I have the ability to be social, I am not the type to throw parties or invite people over. I usually stick to myself. I will say though that I am a pretty positive person, I do not have any negative rental history at all, and am very easy going.
