Hey I am a single mom with shared custody and currently my kids will only be with me every other weekend and some breaks so I am looking for a four bedroom and hoping to rent out one of the bedrooms to help offset the cost for me, since most of the time it would just be myself and a roomie a few empty bedrooms. I have two mini Australian shepherds, they are super sweet and good natured and clean. I would love to have a very clean roomie also. I was thinking a fairly nice house or apartment and havingThe roomie pay around $1000 which covers rent, trash, their portion of utilities and high speed internet if I can get it and access to Netflix or anything else you have and I would like at the remainder as it will likely be a bit higher for a bigger home and rooms
