Hi. I’m inquiring on behalf my brother. He’s in his late 50’s and recently retired from a hospital in Las Vegas. He plans on traveling some and is looking for a quiet and safe place to stay when he’s not on the road visiting state parks and site seeing. (Ps: just to clarify, his intent is to pay rent whether he’s in Vegas or on the road. He wants to insure he has a place to stay whenever he’s home). He is clean, quiet, dependable and trustworthy. One of his favorite pastimes is reading. He would be the only one living there (no pets, significant other, etc).
