Hey, I’m Nick!

 I’m looking to team up with one or two people and rent an apartment in the Thousand Oaks area. I toured a bunch recently and found some I really like. Hoping to move very soon.

Also open to a share house situation.

I work approximately full time teaching chess, so I’m out of the house a majority of the day. During the rest I mostly keep to myself, but I’d definitely be down to hang out with you if you want. I hope for my roommates to not just be strangers that I live with 😅 so yeah.

Don’t personally drink, smoke, party or do drugs. I’m also vegan/plant-based.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, compassionate and gentle.

I enjoy hiking, biking and adventuring outdoors, rock climbing, watching shows, intellectual conversations and pop punk. I’m great with children and love animals, though I don’t plan on having any pets.
