I’m a very friendly, clean, and considerate person. I do not smoke, drink, or party. I am content with staying to myself and respecting other’s privacy, or I am also open to making new friends. I have never paid my rent late, and believe in open communication. I have great renting history with references. I have 2 cats, both are fixed and litterbox trained, and both are quiet and perfectly happy to stay in my room sleeping all day, you wont even know they are there. I’m a full time Jr Project Manager at a solar company and work at the office Monday through Friday.
