John and Ale

We are looking for a private bedroom and bathroom, move-in date ideally the beginning of December 2022. We are a young, friendly couple that loves to cook, watch movies, and play board games. We both currently work full-time in the Hollywood area (Alejandra is a barista, John is a case manager for a community health clinic). We are quiet, we enjoy keeping things clean and organized, and we contribute to making a house feel safe and comfortable! We don’t own any pets (but we love animals); we don’t smoke, we only drink occasionally/casually; we’re respectful of boundaries and quiet time. We currently own just one car but may possibly need to discuss getting another in the future. Please message if you think we’d be a good fit for your place. Budget and stay length are negotiable.
