Hi there! My name is Eli and I’ll be in Eugene starting a new position Aug 1st , looking for a late July move-in, shorter term lease preferred, but open to longer if it’s a mutual good fit. I’m queer/trans/non-binary, socially conscious, into art, poetry, and music. Doctoral student (not at U of O). I’m a solid introvert and work a lot so likely will spend much time in my room watching movies, reading, and working on various projects. I enjoy cooking and worked professionally in the restaurant industry for a few years, so it’s guaranteed that I will whip up something delicious for us to share if you’re into that. Direct communicator, very chill, and I keep common areas clean and organized (although my room can be a little messy sometimes). Substance friendly, but not a partier. Looking for a quiet, relaxing space, ideally with just PILES of queers. Budget is somewhat flexible, depending on utilities. Working at W 13th and Chambers, so looking for walkable or bikeable distance to work (Jefferson Westside, Whit, Friendly preferred).
